You may wish to purchase custom enlarged prints from any slide in our collection in sizes up to 20x30. These images are printed on real photographic paper and processed in a professional high-end laboratory providing exceptional colour and detail. We do not sell laser-prints.
You do have a choice between a matte or glossy finish.

Mounting and framing

Due to the risk of damage and high shipping costs we only provide our prints unmounted.

Ordering Prints

Instructions:

1. Please e-mail us your request with:

The catalogue number(s) of the image(s) you wish to have.

The size and quantities for each image.

Whether you wish to have your prints in glossy or matte finish.

Please also supply your name, complete mailing address, telephone and e-mail address.

2. Upon receipt of your e-mail we will send you a low-resolution preview of the images you have selected, to ensure that you are getting what you ordered.

3. Once we receive your re-confirmed order, we will e-mail a request for payment.

4. Please allow up to two additional days for credit verification. Once we have received your payment we will send the images to the professional laboratory. Our fine art prints are custom enlargements made from original slides, please allow for 7 to 10 days for processing and handling.

When you receive your prints depends on the processing and the shipping method you select.
The formula to determine the approximate time you get your order is:
(7 - 10 days) + (Shipping Time) = Total Delivery Time.

Shipping & Handling

Handling costs are included in any order. Shipping costs will be quoted separately according to the size of the order. Generally speaking, it costs less to have your order come in one shipment. All orders are shipped via Canada Post.

We offer free shipping to addresses in Canada & the USA on orders of USD 1,000.00 and over.

Rush Orders

Should you wish to have the prints sooner (processing time 2 to 3 days), a rush charge of 50% will apply. We can also ship with FEDEX worldwide at an additional cost. Please contact us for details.

Taxes

International customers are exempt from all Canadian taxes, but are responsible for their own country's customs charges and import taxes.

Canadian customers add 7% G.S.T. and British Columbia customers also add 7.5% P.S.T. to the order.

Payment

Credit Cards

For credit card transactions we use PayPal

If you wish to pay with your credit card, you can use your Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express through PayPal, even if you don't have a PayPal account!

1. We will e-mail a request to pay with your credit card through Paypal.

2. You will receive an email with instructions on how to pay using PayPal. This method makes it easy to send money by e-mail to Peter Langer - Associated Media Group in a secure fashion.
